Booking, Cancellation, Refund Policy and Inclement Weather Policy
Booking Policy
All participants must be 18 years old and older to partake in all my services, offerings, classes, and workshops, unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time.
Booking for another person is not permitted. This includes booking for friends, family, children, or partners. If the client is unable to book for themselves, please contact the Spirit Wings, LLC team.
Anyone who bypasses this boundary may not be allowed to participate in future offerings.
Handouts, teaching materials, forms, that are given during a class or session may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed in any way without written permission from me.
Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment is due, in full, at the time of booking and you will receive emailed notification of your appointment time. If special arrangements need to be considered, please contact me before your session.

Cancel up to 48 hours of your appointment without penalty. No-shows and day of cancellations will be non-refundable. Same day appointments are not available.

Late appointments will not be accommodated for lost time. Beth reserves the right to cancel without any refund on any late appointments exceeding 10-minutes. If this is your first full session with Beth, which does not include a Saturdays with Spirit session, you are required to arrive 10-minutes before appointment to fill out paperwork.​

Inclement Weather

Your well-being and safety are my top priorities. In the event of inclement weather, the following policies apply for scheduled sessions, workshops, and classes. Beth and Foxhollow Farm follow the Oldham County school policy for inclement weather. Severe or inclement weather includes heavy snow, ice storms, or other hazardous conditions. Beth and her team will notify you via email and/or text. If you haven't received an update and are unsure, please reach out to spiritwings1111@gmail.com.

If Beth must cancel due to weather, the client will have the option to reschedule, shift to an online option, if applicable. If the client feels unsafe traveling and need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

If the client does not show up without prior notice, the standard cancellation policy applies.
